Lithuanian Badminton Federation launched an ambitious project – National Badminton League. The goal is to show badminton for more people in Lithuania and boost the popularity of the sport.
The club plays against the club 7 individual matches: 2 men’s singles, 2 men’s doubles, 1 women’s singles, 1 women’s doubles and 1 mixed doubles.
One athlete may play no more than 2 matches during a team match and only one match in the same category. Minimum team composition: 2 women and 4 men.
The club can register a maximum of 3 foreigners. Representation of 2 foreigners does not increase the entry fee, representation of third foreigner increase the entry fee with an additional 100 euros. Only 2 foreigners can play in one team match. Foreigners cannot play together in one pair.
The first game of the league is scheduled for February 14. Final on May 23
